Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Coordinator located in Birbhum Distict , West Bengal . The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing program activities, developing and implementing project plans, and providing excellent community service. They will work closely with team members to ensure the successful execution of programs, oversee communications with stakeholders, and support the development of new programs. Additionally, they will monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Program Development skills
• Solid and Plastic waste managment
• BCC and IEC
• Community Development
• Proficiency in Project Management techniques
• Excellent Communication and Computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Master degree in social sicience or a related field .
