Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Program Associate, Study Abroad, located in Mayur Vihar. The role involves overseeing study abroad programs, coordinating with students, universities, and other stakeholders, conducting extensive research on academic opportunities, and providing streamlined support throughout the admission process. Additional responsibilities include ensuring program operations run efficiently, guiding students on application processes, and delivering exceptional service to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Analytical Skills to organize, oversee, and evaluate study abroad initiatives
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with students, universities, and team members effectively
• Research capabilities to identify academic opportunities, universities, and courses for study abroad programs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the international education system and admission processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field
