Job Title: Senior Faculty โ€“ Advertising, PR, and Events Location: AAFT (Asian Academy of Film & Television), Noida Sector 16A Experience Required: 8โ€“10 Years (Teaching Experience Mandatory) Qualifications: Ph.D. in Mass Communication / Advertising / Public Relations / Event Management (preferred) or UGC-NET qualified (mandatory) Job Description: AAFT, a premier institution in media and creative arts education, is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Faculty Member in Advertising, PR, and Events to join our academic leadership team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, hands-on industry insights, and a passion for shaping future professionals in the fields of brand communication, public engagement, and experiential marketing. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-impact lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in Advertising, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Branding, and Event Management. Lead curriculum design and academic planning to ensure industry relevance and innovation in teaching modules. Mentor students on campaign planning, media strategies, event execution, internships, and project work. Evaluate student performance through creative assignments, presentations, practical projects, and written assessments. Collaborate in developing strategic plans for the department, contributing to policy-making, quality standards, and academic innovation. Guide and support junior faculty through academic mentorship and collaborative initiatives. Represent AAFT at academic forums, media conferences, industry panels, and institutional events. Stay abreast of current trends, tools, and technologies in advertising, digital PR, and experiential marketing. Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in Mass Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field OR UGC-NET qualification in the relevant discipline (mandatory). 8โ€“10 years of teaching experience in reputed universities or colleges. Proven expertise in at least two of the following domains: Brand Communication, Media Strategy, Corporate PR, Event Planning, or Digital Advertising. Strong portfolio of academic research, publications, or industry case studies. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
