As a Senior Product Specialist (Product Manager) for SAP Concur Spend you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and ensuring successful delivery of impactful features. You will work closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to meet business needs and deliver measurable value. What you'll do 1. Product Management: Define and maintain the product roadmap for SAP Concur Expense, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market trends. Drive backlog prioritization and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including design, development, and field teams. Collaborate with customers and partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process. 3. End-to-End Product Delivery: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-release stabilization. Lead product launches, including cutover planning and go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions for customers. 4. Strategic Focus on Business AI: Leverage Generative AI to enhance SAP Concur Expense features, focusing on user-centric and localized innovations. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into the product, driving efficiency and innovation. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate dependency management and alignment across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery. Support portfolio planning efforts and ensure roadmap deliverables meet strategic objectives. 6. Continuous Improvement: Apply Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement principles to enhance product quality and delivery processes. Drive innovation by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing challenges. What You Bring Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of expense management solutions, Travel and Expense Domain with a focus on SAP Concur Expense is a plus. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Generative AI and its application in enterprise software solutions. Customer Focus: Proven experience engaging with customers and partners to gather insights and drive successful implementations. Global Perspective: Knowledge of localization and global implementations, including regulatory requirements, is a plus. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring alignment and execution across diverse stakeholders. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in product management, including product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch success. Deep knowledge of SAP Concur s solution portfolio and spend management practices. Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies. Background in global ERP implementations and localization efforts.
