The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role will require managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product-market fit. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Freight Forwarding ERP product. Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of the ERP solution. Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads, campaigns, and promotional activities. Collaborate with product development teams to relay market feedback and customer requirements. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SaaS/ERP sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs, TMS, WMS, and supply chain management solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise software sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive business growth. Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. (Abroad as well as India). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in selling Freight Forwarding ERP solutions. Strong network within the freight forwarding and logistics ecosystem.
