Functional Area CSIS Engineering Team

Job Purpose The Senior Product Owner will lead the growth and integration of Salesforce a critical platform for our business operations.

The Sr. PO wi execute the overall product strategy and vision, curate a backlog of features and stories with all stakeholders anddirectly work with the delivery team to develop and run the platform. Deep knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud is a must.

Key Accountabilities

>> Define product roadmap and ensure alignment with organization KPIs and financial targets.

>> Collaborate with colleagues across the company to understand and refine requirements.

>> Lead an Agile/Scrum team to develop and launch new features.

>> Prioritize and maintain product backlog based on stakeholder quarterly targets and data analysis.

>> Review deliverables from the project team based on acceptance criteria in product stories.

Required skills/knowledge:

>> Sc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

>> 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager

>> Proven knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud is a must.

>> Any of the following certifications is a plus - SFDC Service Cloud Consultant, SFDC Certified Administrator (SCA), or Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC).

>> Ability to work with engineers/architects and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.

>> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

>> Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs with US stakeholders is a must.

>> Excellent knowledge of English
