Requirements The Senior Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our AI.Driven enterprise software products. This role is pivotal in shaping innovative solutions that disrupt the market while driving business growth. The Senior Product Manager not only identifies market needs and translates them into actionable product requirements but also leads and mentors cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Vision Roadmap: o Define and articulate a compelling product vision that leverages AI to solve complex business challenges. o Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with the overall business objectives and market trends. - Requirements Gathering Strategy: o Engage with customers, market analysts, and internal stakeholders to collect, prioritize, and refine product requirements. o Lead strategic decision-making processes to ensure that the product continually adapts to evolving enterprise needs. - Cross-Functional Leadership: o Collaborate closely with RD, engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions. o Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Competitive Market Analysis: o Stay current with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. o Use data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and drive product enhancements. - Performance Metrics Continuous Improvement: o Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and user engagement. o Iterate on product features and strategy based on quantitative insights and user feedback. - Stakeholder Management: o Act as the key liaison between executive leadership and product teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and goals. o Present product updates and strategy to senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions. Qualifications: - Experience: o 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in the AI or advanced technology sectors. o Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise-level products. - Expertise: o In-depth understanding of AI models, data-driven decisions making, and enterprise software development. o Proven ability to drive product strategy, manage complex projects, and deliver innovative solutions. - Skills: o Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills. o Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. o Experience mentoring and leading product teams is highly desirable.
