Role & responsibilities User Journey and Behavior Analysis: Understand and map out user journeys, behaviors, and pain points to inform product development and enhancements. Funnel and Metrics Management: Analyze product funnels and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user engagement and conversion rates. Product KPIs: Define, track, and report on key product performance indicators to measure success and inform strategic decisions. Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile practices to manage product development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations. Tool Proficiency: Use product management tools and analytics platforms to track progress, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions. Problem Solving: Navigate and thrive in a chaotic environment, adapting to changing priorities and addressing challenges with creative solutions. User-Centric Approach: Champion the user experience, ensuring that user feedback and insights drive product improvements. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 6-10 years of product management experience, preferably within the fintech industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or a related field. If you have prior programming experience, that is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in using data to drive product decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools, analytics platforms, software engineering processes and system design thinking. Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and practices. Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of user journeys and the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
