Senior Product Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be focused on a single Uniqode product ( ) and will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, prioritizing new features, and evolving its capabilities so that our customers love it. You will operate at the intersection of product design, data analysis, and engineering. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the future product direction of a new product line at our company that has already achieved product-market fit using a PLG (Product-Led Growth) model to scale revenue from this product to $10 million ARR and beyond. As a Senior Product Manager, you will Own the product roadmap and define release milestones and initiatives on a quarterly basis Prioritize the most impactful scope and work to deliver value for users and break down initiatives into epics and user stories Communicate the business value of epics and issues, as well as set success metrics and track them post-launch Be responsible for deriving key insights and patterns from customer interviews and other user interactions Collaborate with Design on prototypes to bring potential solutions to user problems Make highly informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions with engineering Discuss and evaluate various tradeoffs and architecture decisions in conjunction with engineering Track product analytics and usage metrics independently to gather insights to inform product decisions and prioritization What we expect from you, Product Thinking & Problem-Solving 4-6 years of experience in product management (B2B SaaS or Entrepreneurial experience preferred). Strong technical depth with an understanding of how software is built, packaged, deployed, and operated. Drive 0 1 product development and scale products in a high-growth environment. Identify opportunities to innovate and solve customer pain points effectively. Prioritize initiatives by balancing business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate ideas into functional and scalable solutions. Strong Bias for action approach to problem-solving. Data-Driven Decision Making Thoughtful, analytical decision-making motivated by data and research. Customer-Centric Approach Conduct extensive customer discovery, user research, and competitive analysis. Translate customer needs and pain points into actionable product features. Stakeholder Management & Execution & Prioritization Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Effectively collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to drive execution and prioritization. UX & Design Sensibility Partner with designers to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences. Ensure product design aligns with usability best practices and customer expectations.
