At Darwinbox, we are driven by a mobile-first strategy, and we are seeking someone who can further enhance this vision while delivering innovative products that delight our customers. If you have prior experience in managing B2C/ B2B mobile charters or HRMS mobile platforms, it will be a strong plus. Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes, and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities to create a robust product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer impact. Work closely with design & engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal enhancements. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive product launches and promotions. Act as a subject matter expert, working alongside Customer Success teams to address technical challenges and optimize trade-offs. Bring a strong focus on mobile user experiences, including interaction patterns that deliver value to customer personas. Lead agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality. Analyse user behavior, product metrics, and market trends through data-driven decision-making to inform product decisions and identify areas for continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or B2C consumer mobile experiences Strong track record of owning & managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Subject matter expertise on B2B mobile charters or HRMS mobile platforms is a significant advantage. A postgraduate degree from Tier-1 B-Schools or Design Schools is preferred. Strong technical acumen of understanding of mobile app architecture, APIs, and development processes. Great analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent team coordination and management skills. Deep appreciation for intuitive design and user experience, with a track record of building engaging mobile products.
