Job Description

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and prioritize feature development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Establish overall product KPIs derived from business metrics. Product Development and Execution: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery, on-time releases, and adherence to quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct regular product reviews and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies are aligned. Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and competitive analysis to enable effective customer engagement. Work with customer support to gather customer feedback and address product issues or enhancements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision. Leadership and Mentoring: Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support their professional growth. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management team. Team Management: Manage a small team of 2 to 4 people, providing guidance and support. About you: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our organization including pricing, licensing, and ROI. You will Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive feature prioritization, establish product KPIs, and ensure that features are built to specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product. Must have: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle. Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum, Aha, Coda). Solid understanding of software development frameworks, languages, and technologies. Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical concepts. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and customer needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features effectively. 5. Communication and Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders. Ability to demo the product to internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner. Nice to have: Previous experience in the PV/Safety/Health care and Life Science industry. Experience launching enterprise software and services. Implementation experience on any one of the cloud service provider AWS/AZURE/GCP.
