In this position you will create global solutions for our operations and customer service colleagues, revolutionizing their way of working and serving our end customers You will play a critical role in developing the future of our digital internal products and enhance the user experience throughout the entire rental experience You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives in the domain of our counter rental software We are seeking a Senior Product Manager I to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive innovation and business growth As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You drive the user experience of our SIXT counter applications and create a compelling vision, mission, and roadmap for your products that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals You adapt a hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analysing data and visiting our corporate countries to collect valuable user feedback and deliver excellent results Collaborating with our operations and customer service department is also among your tasks to understand the interdependencies of our processes and develop products with smooth end-to-end workflows that boost our global rental process KPI s You deliver outcome-focused products based on a structured and prioritized backlog that make a significant impact on our bottom line You bring together business and tech teams and convey information to stakeholders clearly, up to a board level YOUR SKILLS MATTER 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches You bring several years of product owner experience, are experienced in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork You bring a highly organized and structured approach to work, with a positive and hands-on attitude as well as an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on finding solutions A strong focus on data-driven and impact-oriented approaches is a matter of course for you and you are comfortable with metrics and KPIs and know how to translate strategy into actions Experience in working with remote and distributed teams as well as experience in SaaS companies, while not essential, is a plus You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others and you are fluent in English - German is a plus WHAT WE OFFER Cutting-Edge Tech - You Will be part of a dynamic tech-driven environment where innovation meets impact!
