Responsibilities
- Build a continuous pipeline of AI/ML-led insights (internal & external data) to define detailed, major Insurance growth strategies (e.g.: AI-driven personalization, AI-driven FinTech conceptualization and launches, etc.)
- Translate complex traveler insights into detailed actionable opportunities for improving or building new InsurTech products/price points/content/designs/ML models
- Lead the development of business cases by quantifying the impact of above opportunities, modelling complex trade-offs, and simulating multiple scenarios using internal/external
- Apply strong data visualization & storytelling abilities to socialize complex models/insights and influence teams (Actuarial, Data Science, ML team, XD, Commercial, Engineering, etc.)
- Build technical models (elasticity studies, pricing analyses, content/design analyses, etc.) to analyze and project detailed trade-offs between multiple alternative product strategies
- Deliver detailed analyses (e.g.: ROI, repeat / LTV, etc.) for defining our InsurTech strategies (ML Personalization strategy, Loyalty strategies, FinTech strategies, Brand strategies, etc.)
Experience
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Strategy / Product Management experience in the Insurance, Consumer Technology and/or FinTech industry.
- Deep expertise in manipulating, analyzing, and synthesizing insights from complex datasets for defining short and long-term strategies.
- Deep experience in analyzing, modelling and forecasting product metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value, conversion, retention, etc.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Design, ML teams, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Working analytics expertise.
- Advanced visualization skills (Tableau, Python, etc.) for translating complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Strong story-telling ability with experience leading business/strategy discussions.
- Experience simplifying complex data into business-friendly insights.
- Strong experience integrating data insights into strategies with cross-functional partners.
