Senior Product Manager - Central

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high ownership for central tools and systems, delivering the roadmap, driving adoption across teams and generating impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional members, including game and UX designers, developers, and artists, to implement features with complex dependencies
• Enable faster, more reliable event execution by building central management systems and central live ops events
• Drive engineering initiatives that help improve new game development velocity and simplify engineering architecture and systems
• Balance business impact with execution realities, focus on implementation excellence rather than pure ideation.
• Track adoption, define success metrics, and continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
  

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in gaming or consumer-tech.
• Experience in building and scaling cross-functional central tools
• Proven track record of cross-functional program management with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in backend/infrastructure initiatives and technical product ownership.
• Passion for gaming, with knowledge of F2P mechanics such as leaderboards, progression, and live ops events.
• Bias for action and execution ability to deliver high-quality systems that scale.
