Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop AI/ML solutions. Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify patterns and trends in large datasets. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage. Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and tools to improve product performance and efficiency. Work closely with product managers to prioritize and plan product roadmap based on market trends and customer needs. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in AI/ML and apply them to improve product offerings. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI/ML solutions. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision Ability to design and implement AI/ML models from scratch Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience with agile development methodologies Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN Understanding of software testing and debugging processes Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Location: Trivandrum/Kochi (Infopark)/Calicut Show more Show less
