About The Role Linarc is looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in UX research and design for SaaS and ERP platforms. In this role, you'll work on complex, high-impact problems across the construction industry. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design intuitive and powerful solutions that simplify construction project management and boost productivity. Experience in the construction industry is a strong plus. Lead and conduct user research interviews, surveys, Usability testing to drive product decisions. Translate insights into elegant design solutions: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI. Design for complex enterprise use cases within ERP-style workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define features and user journeys. Ensure usability and consistency through contributions to Linarcs Design System. Communicate research findings and design decisions clearly across the team. Champion user-centered design practices across all product initiatives. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, especially in SaaS and ERP environments. Strong portfolio (mandatory) showcasing research-backed design work, especially for enterprise users. Proficiency with design and research tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Miro, Dovetail). Deep understanding of UX principles, IA, interaction patterns, and usability testing. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Excellent storytelling and communication skills. Nice to Have Background or design experience in the construction tech or related industries. Degree or certification in Human Factors, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or User-Centered Design. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience with B2B tools in domains like logistics, finance, field services, or HR. Show more Show less
