Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile and web platforms, from research to implementation. Develop intuitive user interfaces tailored to our diverse user base, including non-tech-savvy individuals. Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve product usability. Maintain and evolve our BatterySmart Atomic Design System (BADS) to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align designs with business goals and technical constraints. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the design team. Ensure timely delivery of design assets and support development teams during implementation. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in high-growth startups or tech companies. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe suite, AI design tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience designing for diverse user groups, including those with limited digital literacy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Show more Show less
