Senior Product Analyst/ Representative

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Run sales and inventory reports to aid with preparation of obsolescence proposals. Run reports to identify materials, Suppliers and work centers that will be stranded because of obsoleting Finished goods With assistance, work with product management and the communications team to prepare discontinuation notices to the customer once the proposals are approved. Generate and with assistance, get approvals on Scrap memos to clean up stranded material that is no longer needed. Determine warranty needs and with assistance, work with the plants to request needed builds Generate and get approval on Engineering change notifications ECNs to obsolete Finished goods and all related raw materials. Manage 5-10 Obsolescence projects simultaneously, assuring timelines are met Stay aligned to Lutrons culture and values: Be passionate Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets Be an innovative thinker Be customer focused Be ethical Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in engineering. Strong research skills to stay informed on market and industry trends. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams across India, the USA, and other regions. High energy level with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills for working with global teams Willingness to travel up to 25% across the manufacturing plants/branch offices. Should be well-organized, motivated & dynamic person to grow, achieve and exceed Sales Goals. Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills are critical to secure projects so the individual must have the mentioned skills.
