What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard new vendors for products, packaging, and materials.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics teams for smooth and timely procurement.
• Request and compare supplier quotations; process purchase orders efficiently.
• Maintain supplier database and develop a supplier rating system.
• Suggest cost-saving or alternative sourcing ideas.
• Collaborate with suppliers and QA to resolve product or packaging quality issues.
• Monitor defective stock at the warehouse; ensure timely returns and replenishments.
• Explore innovative, eco-friendly packaging ideas.
• Support finance with invoice tracking, vendor payments, and provisioning.

You’re Perfect If You

• Have 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying.
• Speak fluent Hindi (you’ll need it to charm suppliers).
• Are self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive under deadlines.
• Don’t mind occasional travel to supplier locations.
• Love working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven team.
