Job Description

As a TSE Tier 1 Services, you will be responsible for managing first responses for routine technical inquiries, tasks, requests, and escalations. Your role will involve providing a first point of contact for technical support to address initial and ongoing issues that clients" standard service customers encounter in their day-to-day use of clients products. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer. While experience in Digital Marketing is considered advantageous, it is not mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in any field with a Computer Science background. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires working in US shifts with a complete work from office mode. #LI-VS5,
