Ready for the future The Role As a Senior Process Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc . Lead process engineering activities across beneficiation, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgical projects. Experience to encompass the areas of alumina refinery, iron ore beneficiation & pellet plant, nonferrous metals. Develop and optimize processes for mining, extraction, and refining operations to improve efficiency and yield. Provide technical leadership and support in the design and implementation of new processing technologies and systems. Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and detailed engineering design. Review and analyze plant performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations while optimizing process performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and project management, to drive project execution and technical solutions. Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders and clients. Oversee process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve plant issues. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to beneficiation, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, alumina, and new energy minerals.
