Job Description

Job Title: Sr Process Analyst SSM Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 3+ years Must Have Skills: Excellent Communication skills Good to Have Skills: Customer Service & Communication Property & Casualty Roles and Responsibilities: Policy Management & Sales: Advise clients on P&C insurance coverage options based on their needs, offering personalized recommendations. Manage the life cycle of P&C policies from quoting to renewal, ensuring accurate documentation and timely policy updates. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance regarding their P&C insurance needs. Respond to inquiries, assist with policy changes, and provide timely resolution to any issues. Claims Processing & Support: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to carriers. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers to ensure efficient claim resolution. Risk Assessment & Coverage Review: Evaluate clients risks and exposures and recommend appropriate P&C coverage to mitigate potential losses. Conduct periodic reviews of clients policies to ensure they are properly insured and in compliance with industry standards. Underwriting Support: Collaborate with underwriters to gather necessary information for risk assessment and policy underwriting. Ensure all necessary documents are submitted for policy approvals and renewals. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all P&C insurance policies comply with state and federal regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Stay informed about industry changes and regulatory updates. Marketing & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients. Assist in marketing efforts to grow the client base and expand the companys insurance offerings. Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on client policies, claims, and other relevant metrics. Analyze policy performance and provide insights on opportunities to improve coverage, reduce risks, and increase client satisfaction.
