Job Description: Senior Printing Operator Location: Bangalore, India Position: Senior Printing Operator Experience: 12+ years in Rotogravure printing Salary: As per industry standards Job Responsibilities: Operate and oversee rotogravure printing machines to ensure high-quality production. Set up printing jobs, including precise color matching, ink viscosity control, and cylinder alignment. Supervise and guide junior operators in machine operations and troubleshooting. Ensure minimal wastage by optimizing printing processes and reducing defects. Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve mechanical or operational issues efficiently. Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain printing standards. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and production timelines. Maintain detailed reports on machine performance, production output, and material usage. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Printing Technology or relevant field. 12+ years of hands-on experience in rotogravure printing. Expertise in ink formulation, color calibration, and defect identification. Strong knowledge of various substrates such as plastic films, paper, and foil. Experience in handling high-speed production environments. Leadership skills to train and mentor junior operators. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
