Job Description

Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for banking operations. Work extensively with T24 Data Model to extract, transform, and analyze banking data. Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers in MS SQL Server . Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and reconciliation . Optimize report performance by implementing indexing, query optimization, and database tuning techniques . Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, RDBMS, and SQL scripting. Deep understanding of the T24 Data Model, T24 tables, and reporting structure. Knowledge of ETL tools, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Oracle Analytics Server is a plus). Experience with performance tuning, indexing, and database optimization techniques . Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of banking products (Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Payments, etc.). Experience working with regulatory and financial reports in banking. Knowledge of Temenos reporting frameworks and compliance requirements . Technical Responsibilities: Extract data from T24 Core Banking System . Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for report automation. Functional Responsibilities: Understand banking processes, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements. Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Configure T24 Reporting Framework and customize standard reporting functionalities. Ensure reports align with banking regulations and audit requirements . Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployments .
