Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint Development, SPFx, and the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps and Power Automate. The Senior Developer will be expected to take full ownership of their tasks, working independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to meet our clients business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint, SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Lead the development and migration of data between SharePoint sites. Develop complex Power Automate workflows and integrate them with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and solutions. Guide and mentor junior developers and team members. Ensure timely delivery of tasks and proactively address any challenges or roadblocks. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SharePoint development and Power Platform. Required Skills: In-depth understanding of SharePoint Development and SPFx. Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience working with Data-verse. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with data migration between SharePoint sites. Familiarity with React and other web development frameworks to work smoothly with SPFx. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to own tasks and deliver with minimal supervision. 6 + Years of Experience is preferred Good to Have Skills: Experience leading a development team. Understanding of Power Platform integrations and customizations. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
