Senior Plant Manager- Production

Crop Care Pesticides India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the said candidate, person should be experienced of 15 yrs. and must be proficient on below mentioned competences. Candidate Should be from Agrochemical industry . 1) To head, provide leadership & Guidance for day-to-day operations for his Plant. 2) Responsible for Safety, Production, Budgeting, Maintenance and Statutory Compliance within the Plant. 3) Responsible for monitoring the production output, product quality, etc. with efficient Production planning. 4) To ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible. 5) Monitor operational expenses, reduce costs where possible while optimising production and reduce wastage. 6) Stay up-to-date with latest production management best practices and concepts. 7) Well versed with managing external environment, represent Sr. Management in dispute resolution with Union, government agencies & labor relation authorities. 8) Ensure hiring and development of all plant personnel. 9) Has to report to DGM PLANT. Requirements: 1) BE/BTech (Chemical/ Mechanical) and MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage along with proficiency in MS Office. 2) 15+ yrs of experience in Production & Plant Management (Agrochemicals only). 3) Good Team Leading Experience with exceptional communication skills Remuneration: As per Industry Standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Dera Bassi, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you from Pesticides or Agrochemical industry Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
