Job Title: Senior PHP Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6 years(minimum) Elibility: Only those candidates are preferrable whose Bachelors Degree from B.Tech Background(Engineering & Computer Science) Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and integrating innovative technologies such as AI and machine learning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive the adoption of best practices to build robust and efficient applications. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining web applications. Backend Development : Architect and develop scalable and high-performance backend systems using PHP (CodeIgniter). Frontend Development : Build and maintain front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap , ensuring a responsive and dynamic user experience. AI & Machine Learning : Integrate AI-driven solutions into web applications to improve functionality and user experience. Database Management : Design and optimize databases using MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL , and SQL/PLSQL to ensure data integrity and efficiency. Security & Compliance : Implement robust security measures to safeguard applications and user data. Third-Party Integrations : Manage integrations with payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay) and SMS gateways (Twilio). CI/CD & DevOps : Implement CI/CD practices for seamless deployments and version control. Performance Optimization : Enhance application performance using caching technologies (Redis, Memcache) and asynchronous calls. Code Quality & Testing : Conduct thorough code reviews, write and execute test cases, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentorship & Collaboration : Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative team environment, and work closely with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. Industry Trends & Innovation : Stay updated on advancements in PHP, AI, Java frameworks, and full-stack development to implement cutting-edge solutions. Requirements: Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 6 years of experience in PHP development , with expertise in multiple PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend, Yii, CakePHP). Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in object-oriented PHP programming and design patterns . Experience in full-stack development , including front-end technologies ( HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap ). Practical experience integrating AI and machine learning solutions into web applications. Expertise in database design, optimization, and management (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with additional programming languages like Python is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
