Role & responsibilities 1. Payroll Processing & Salary Disbursement 2. Employee Payroll Assistance Address salary-related inquiries and provide clear explanations. 3. Audit Compliance Support internal and external audits to ensure payroll and attendance record accuracy. 4. Payroll Support Services – Manage employee salary accounts, income certificates, and related documentation. 5. Payroll & HR System Data Management – Import, update, and maintain payroll and HR system data. Preferred candidate profile 1. 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and salary disbursement. 2. Strong knowledge of payroll policies and labor regulations, with the ability to handle employee payroll inquiries. 3. Experience in internal and external audits to ensure payroll and attendance record accuracy and compliance. 4. Ability to manage employee salary accounts, income certificates, and payroll-related administrative tasks. 5. Proficiency in payroll and HR systems, including data import and maintenance (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP). 6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure payroll accuracy. 7. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with HR, Finance, and other departments. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently resolve payroll-related issues.
