At a Glance: The Story Behind AMINA AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG, a FINMA licensed Swiss Bank focused on cryptocurrencies and digital assets AMINA provides custody, trading, credit and investment products on cryptocurrencies and digital assets to institutional and professional investors AMINA Bank is Headquartered in Zug, with presence in Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong and Singapore AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management, mid/back-office and IT operations and more recently product and engineering Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) We are looking for an experienced Senior Payments Specialist to join our Middle Office Operations team In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing an organization's payment processes You will ensure that transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and securely You will ensure that domestic and international payments are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards You will also collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and improve the overall payment experience In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Operations in India Your AMINA To-Do List Process client originated payments in core banking and other payments applications Handle and process SWIFT MT103, MT202, MT210 messages for international payments Ensure accurate and timely execution of SWIFT payment transactions Verify and validate payment instructions in compliance with banking standards Process nostro payments related to liquidity management Investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues related to SWIFT payments Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address payment failures or disputes Maintain and optimize SWIFT payment systems and tools Work with IT and finance teams to implement new technologies and solutions for payment processing Ensure payment systems comply with SWIFT standards and regulatory requirements Train new joiners on the existing Your golden ticket to the AMINA team: Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience Experience with SWIFT (at least MT 103, MT 202, MT210) & international payment conventions & Willingness to work in a small fast paced organization/team An acute client focus Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player Excellent written & oral communication skills in English Why Were Awesome Join our skilled team and together redefine finance We owe our exponential growth to our innovative and collaborate team spirit and talented workforce Every voice counts as we are always committed to learning from diverse perspectives and backgrounds because our people make the difference at AMINA Bank Regardless of your age, gender, belief, and background, at AMINA EVERYONE (E) is welcome!
