Work Mode - Hybrid Working Days - Monday to Friday Work Timings - 10 Am to 7 pm We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives, including strategic media planning, campaign execution, and team management. This role will drive results across various digital platforms, managing budgets effectively to optimize ad performance and deliver insightful reports. Key Responsibilities: Media Planning Strategy : Develop and implement media plans that align with client objectives and budget. Campaign Execution : Oversee the setup, optimization, and performance tracking of campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms. Team Management : Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, offering guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Budget Allocation : Strategically allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators. Reporting Analysis : Prepare and share comprehensive reports, analyzing campaign data to provide actionable insights. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on brand strategy and ensure cohesive campaign messaging. Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing in a digital agency environment. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Team leadership experience with a track record of successful project execution.
