As a Senior Oracle ERP Leader, you play a crucial role in spearheading Oracle Fusion ERP transformation initiatives within the organization. Your extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS implementations equips you to lead complex project lifecycles, ensuring alignment between business objectives and ERP system capabilities. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and delivering large-scale, complex Oracle Fusion ERP projects across diverse business units and industries. - Defining project scope, system architecture, integration interfaces, and implementation approach. - Managing project documentation, standards, security roles, timelines, and risk management frameworks. - Ensuring consistent alignment between business stakeholders and ERP system capabilities. - Engaging with senior executives to secure buy-in on key ERP decisions and strategic changes. - Leading ERP pursuit activities, managing SLAs, and overseeing project timelines and delivery quality. - Developing and enhancing ERP practice methodologies, tools, and knowledge base. - Mentoring a high-performing ERP team and collaborating with third-party vendors for delivery excellence. - Providing hands-on leadership and support to local and global ERP delivery teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP implementation and management experience. - Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP. - Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP transformation projects across multiple industries. - Strong expertise in ERP system architecture, integration design, security roles, and project lifecycle management. - Ability to manage stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and strategic decision-making. - Experience in managing SLAs, change requests, support tickets, and multi-project delivery environments. - Preferred experience with GRC and MDM tools. - Leadership experience in mentoring teams, managing third-party vendors, and driving organizational change. - Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
