Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 6-8 years of experience in EMI Used Car Loan and Dealer Finance (DF) . Candidates with past experience at Cars24, Spinny, or similar fintech/auto finance firms will be highly preferred. This role is critical to ensuring smooth backend processes, compliance, and timely loan disbursals. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations for loan processing, documentation, disbursals, and post-disbursal support. Work closely with the sales and credit teams of various Banks and Financial Institutions to ensure smooth handover and execution of files. Shall be responsible for first hand televerification of each file before sharing it with the relevant financial institutions Understanding the Credit Policies of Various Banks and NBFC’s and basis the knowledge of the Credit Policies, putting up the file in relevant institution and getting that disbused Optimize turnaround time (TAT) for disbursal and reduce operational friction. Manage a team responsible for documentation verification, payout processing, and dealer coordination. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 6-8 years in End customer loanoperational roles, ideally in used car financing. Strong preference for candidates from Kuwy, Ruppy, Cars24 or any other large DSA. Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Operations, or related discipline. Skills: In-depth understanding of NBFC operations and loan lifecycle.
