Job Title: Senior Operations Manager – Backend Operations (International Process) Location: Gandhinagar, Gift City Experience: 10+ Years Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (as per international process) Employment Type: Full-time - Work from Office - 5 days working - 2 way cabs will be provided within 35 kms. Note: If employees travelling by there own then eligible for Transport allowance of 6000 per month apart from salary Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee our backend operations for international processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, people management, and process optimization across multiple teams to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large backend operations teams handling international (US/UK/AUS) processes. Own delivery of KPIs and SLAs across all functions and process verticals. Drive operational efficiency and ensure consistent performance across shifts and teams. Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand expectations and provide strategic solutions. Implement best practices and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Review performance metrics and reports regularly; take corrective actions as needed. Manage budgets, resource planning, and team forecasting. Mentor and develop mid-level managers and team leaders to build future leadership.
