We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and organized Senior Manager – Travel and Tour Operations to lead our tour logistics and service delivery. This role involves managing end-to-end operations, coordinating with vendors, mentoring the operations team, and ensuring unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day tour operations including transport, accommodation, and activity scheduling. Liaise and negotiate with hotels, transport vendors, and local service providers Supervise logistics, bookings, and on-tour troubleshooting. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver personalized travel plans. Monitor client satisfaction and follow up post-tour for feedback and improvements. Design and update tour packages based on seasonal demand and trends. Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor contracts, payments, and invoices. Train and lead the operations team to ensure high standards of execution Oversee ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel documentation. Stay informed on travel regulations, trends, and competitor offerings. Represent the brand at tourism expos, fairs, and promotional events. Qualifications & Experience A bachelor’s/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred. 3–12 years of experience in the travel/tourism industry handling operations. Strong understanding of domestic (especially Kerala and India-wide) tourism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); travel software a plus. Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi knowledge is preferred. Candidates with the ability to identify digital marketing needs and effectively advise the digital marketing team will be highly preferred. Skills Required Strong leadership and team management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and negotiation. Attention to detail and ability to multitask Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in handling both leisure and group travel logistics. Additional Information Candidates of all genders are welcome Must be based in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram Travel may be required occasionally for vendor meetings or tour supervision Experience participating in tourism fairs or industry events is a plus.
