Senior Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
• Manage and optimize returns and refund operations, ensuring quick turnaround and minimal losses.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Drive automation, process standardization, and data accuracy across all operational activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, tech, and customer experience) to streamline refund and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse.
• Lead a team of Assistant managers to coordinate and get alignments on business goals
• Contribute to strategic planning for capacity expansion, warehouse layout optimization, and system upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills proficiency in Excel
• Sound understanding of WMS, ERP systems, and order management tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.
