Job Title: Operations Executive – EXIM_ Freight Forwarding operations (Air & Sea) Location : Mumbai Salary : ₹5–6 LPA Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Operations Executive to manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for our Mumbai branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling both air and sea freight processes independently in the initial phase. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations (Air & Sea) - Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, service providers, and clients - Handle documentation and operational compliance - Ensure timely cargo movement and problem resolution - Maintain smooth communication across all stakeholders - Independently manage branch operations initially, with scope for team expansion based on business growth Requirements: Proven knowledge of air and sea freight forwarding operations. Strong coordination and communication skills. Experience dealing with CHA, airlines, shipping lines, and transport vendors. Ability to work independently and handle office operations single-handedly.
