Job Description

Technical Skills: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Ruby on Rails (5.0 and above). Utilize common libraries such as Resque and RSpec for application development and testing. Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions following MVC, ORM, and RESTful principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency. Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to maintain high code quality. Work with databases, ensuring well-structured schemas that align with business processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth. Required Skills & Experience: 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails (5.0 and above). Strong proficiency in Resque and RSpec. Expertise in MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful design patterns. Solid understanding of database schemas and how they support business needs. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
