Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the organization, ensuring efficient coordination of various functions such as banking, legal matters, licensing, and communication with government offices. Additionally, the Operations Executive will be responsible for documentation management, handling official emails, and providing team leadership. The role requires strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi. Location: Solan (Himachal Pradesh)(On-Site only) Key Responsibilities: Banking Operations: Manage and coordinate all banking-related tasks, including transactions, documentation, and communication with financial institutions. Legal & Licensing: Assist with legal documentation, compliance, and liaison with relevant authorities to ensure timely licensing and regulatory processes. Government Office Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for government offices, ensuring smooth interactions and compliance with necessary regulations. Communication: Manage both formal and informal communications, including correspondence with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, in English and Hindi. Documentation Management: Handle every type of documentation including contracts, agreements, reports, and other operational records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. MS Excel & Word Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management, reporting, and document creation, with an advanced understanding of these tools. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team, ensuring that tasks are efficiently delegated, deadlines are met, and team members are motivated and supported. Official Emails: Manage both formal and informal official emails, ensuring clear and professional communication across all levels. Requirements: Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably within a corporate or business environment. Strong understanding of banking processes, legal compliance, licensing, and government regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and Word (intermediate to advance). Prior team lead or supervisory experience is required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
