We are looking for a skilled
Key Responsibilities:
Handle server, laptop, desktop, and printer troubleshooting, assembling, software installation, and configuration.
Manage the company’s network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, cabling, network configuration, routers, switches, and overall network troubleshooting.
Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint protection tools such as Seqrite, McAfee, Norton, Sophos Endpoint, etc.
Monitor and manage IT security, including protection of sensitive data and overall security of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate, Sophos, Checkpoint, SonicWall, etc.).
Assist in CCTV & IP Camera troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination with vendors.
Maintain accurate IT asset data, allocation records, and documentation.
Handle virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.
Coordinate with network vendors (Airtel, Jio, and others) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and uptime.
Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, networks, and internal systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, data integrity, and minimal downtime.
Provide timely technical support to users and teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Works effectively with internal IT teams, external vendors, and end-users.
Maintains a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach during incidents or high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / BCA / BSc IT
CCNA certification preferred
Experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
