Hi Greeting From TI Cycles of India Position - Sales officer Qualification - ANY Experience 3- 5 Years CTC 4 - 5 LPA Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Jaipur. Regularly visit dealers to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide support. Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network and onboard new partners to enhance market coverage. Sales Channel Expansion: Strategize and implement plans to add new sales channels to increase market penetration. Reactivate dormant counters and explore opportunities for new retail outlets or distribution channels. Collaborate with management to develop innovative approaches for channel expansion and market growth. Market and Product Strategy: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for introducing new products. Liaise with product development teams to recommend new product offerings based on market demand. Coordinate product placements and promotions across all sales channels to maximize visibility and sales potential. Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the cycling industry. Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Warranty and Claims Management: Oversee the timely and efficient handling of warranty claims and product returns from dealers. Work closely with the claims department to investigate issues, process claims, and provide resolutions. Implement measures to minimize claim instances and improve overall customer satisfaction.
