Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role Managing sourcing/Procurement of spices from its source locations and manage end to end P2P cycles Crop Survey South Spices (Chilli Turmeric Cardamom Ginger Pepper) Price prediction basis the available data and report. IPM programmes Procurement for Exports MIS Prices Availability Market Intelligence Competitor activity New vendor identification Explore procurement from new markets / Mandis PO creation and delivery of the RM as per production requirement Understand the existing business processes, Requirement gathering and documentation. Creates and performs Data profiling, mappings Dashboarding s as required. Well versed with accounting principles, audits, budgeting, LE etc. Well versed in presentation skills and SAP Data Modules. What are the Critical success factors for the Role Master s/bachelor s degree in supply chain/Commodities/food technology 4+ years of experience in Agri Commodity sourcing for an FMCG company What are the Desirable success factors for the Role Experienced candidate with working experience in Agri Operations. Should have presentation skills and well versed in excel. Aptitude in decision making and working with numbers. Experience in collecting and analyzing data. Preferred technical knowledge on production and packing operations. Intermediate/Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel proficiency in SAP
