Job Title: Senior Officer / AM -Plant HR Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: MSW/MBA Location: Hyderabad Role & responsibilities Should have knowledge on Statutory, Legal Compliances. Responsible for IR. White & Blue collar workforce Management. Drive various employee initiatives & programme to ensure positive work environment in the company. Should have knowledge on factory Act & Labour law. Should have handled audit by the Labour/Factory department. Prepare MIS report related to employee, performance, cost & other periodicals report as per the management. Ensure legal & audit compliance of HR system & processes. Responsible for discipline, employee grievances, Employee services & other HR related issues. Should have worked on administrative activity. Should have handled blue collar workforce of 500+ employees Required Skills & Qualifications: MSW / MBA in HR. Minimum 5 years in Plant HR & IR activates. Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Processing, End to End Recruitment, Vendor Management, Factory Administration Activities
