Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Odoo ERP implementations in the auto retail industry. Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure Odoo ERP modules to meet the unique needs of auto retail businesses, including inventory management, sales, procurement, and CRM. System Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Odoo ERP software for their daily tasks. Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes within auto retail organizations to maximize the benefits of Odoo ERP. Data Migration: Manage data migration from legacy systems to Odoo ERP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Odoo ERP with other systems and third-party applications used in the auto retail sector. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Odoo ERP configurations, processes, and customizations. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo ERP developments, best practices, and trends in the auto retail industry to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with specific expertise in Odoo ERP. Knowledge of auto retail industry processes and requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in software configuration and customization. Experience with data migration and system integration. Certification in Odoo ERP would be a plus. Additional Information: Travel may be required to meet with clients or for on-site project work. This position may involve working closely with clients to understand their business operations and challenges.
