Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Efficiently manage end to end recruitment process for construction and design positions. Sourcing: Utilize job portals and LinkedIn to identify top talent in a competitive market. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs. Headhunting: Target senior-level candidates to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool. Project Management: Coordinate multiple recruitment initiatives and align with business strategy. Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and provide insightful reports to hiring managers. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline using ATS tools. On-Site Flexibility: Engage with teams by being on-site twice a week. Analytical Skills: Analyze recruitment forecasts and market trends to shape strategies.
