Role & responsibilities Develop and Maintain Applications Build, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js with Vue.js or React. Design and Manage APIs Create and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data handling and performance. Frontend Development Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces with Vue.js or React, following best UI/UX practices. Database Management – Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, handling queries and optimizing performance. Basic Server Management – Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on cloud or on-prem servers, ensuring uptime and security. Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with cross-functional teams, clearly articulating ideas and technical concepts. Code Quality & Best Practices – Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in security and performance. Version Control with Git – Use Git for code versioning, branching strategies, and collaborating efficiently with team members. Preferred candidate profile Proven Experience – At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Vue.js/React for full-stack development. Ownership Mindset – Takes responsibility for tasks, follows through, and ensures high-quality deliverables. Basic DevOps & Server Knowledge – Familiar with deployment, cloud platforms (AWS/DigitalOcean/Vercel), and basic server maintenance. Agility & Adaptability – Comfortable learning new tools, handling changing requirements, and working in a fast-paced environment.
