The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company, technological vision, driving product development, and leading a team of developers. As a startup Tech Lead, you must wear multiple hats from coding and architecture design to team management and strategic planning. We are looking for a dynamic leader with hands-on expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, and Unity, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate is not just a tech leader but also a problem-solver and a team builder ready to take ownership of the platform's end-to-end technology lifecycle. Key Qualifications : - Education : Master& degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience : 12+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role such as Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead. Technical Expertise : - Strong experience with Node.js for backend development. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management. - Deep knowledge of AWS for cloud infrastructure. - Exposure to Unity for game development. Important but compulsory. - Clean Architecture : Proven ability to design scalable, clean, and maintainable code architecture. - Leadership Skills : Experience building, mentoring, and scaling tech teams in a startup or high-growth environment. - Problem Solving : Ability to think critically, debug efficiently, and address performance bottlenecks. - DevOps & CI/CD : Familiarity with modern DevOps practices for deployment and system monitoring. - Agility : Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast iterations. Preferred Skills : - Exposure to integrating in-app payment systems and third-party SDKs. - Experience in handling high-traffic, real-time platforms. - Knowledge of AI/ML integrations for gaming or personalized experiences. - Familiarity with analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
