Job Description:

Solid years work experience in large corporate environment

Sounds proven experience of strategic and roadmaping capabilities, with ability to interact proactively and influence others within a multicultural and global environments

• Demonstrate understanding of business process and change management Leadership and full accountability for the definition, development, continuous improvement, day to day operations and expansion of the network services with the defined service levels.

• Maintain industry knowledge related to respective services and assess own delivery against industry standards and practices. Description

Implement models to sustain service operations and abrupt changes in demand (up and down)

•As part of the global team, this role will also be responsible to manage on site contractors and offshore teams.

• Structure service for success with required technical capability, standard operating processes and clear mid and long-term platform to both associates and vendors.
