Job Overview

NetSuite Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Act as an ARM expert with awareness of NetSuite Advanced Inventory.
Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, and functional support across finance and accounting modules.
Manage and optimize core accounting workflows, including AR, AP, GL, and reconciliations.
Implement and maintain Advanced Revenue Management System (ARMS) configurations.
Support and streamline Inventory and Cycle Accounting processes.
Translate business requirements into system functionality and actionable design specifications.
Conduct system testing, validation, and provide end-user training.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless NetSuite integrations with other enterprise systems.
Develop detailed functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
Strong functional expertise in
Finance, Accounting, and ARMS (Advanced Revenue Management System)

MUST HAVE
.
Deep understanding of
Accounting Rules, Inventory Management, and Cycle Accounting

MUST HAVE
.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP modules across Finance, Procurement, and Inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Warehouse Management processes.
Exposure to
NetSuite AI capabilities
or
NetSuite Cloud Analytics
.
NetSuite Certification or accounting qualifications such as
CA / CPA / MBA Finance
.
