Senior NetSuite Developer

Job Description

JD- Qualifications 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development, administration, or implementation. Strong expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder. Hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware solutions. Familiarity with NetSuite modules, including financials, procurement, order-to-cash, and revenue management. Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based web services. Experience working in a SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology company is preferred. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Passion for social impact and alignment with Benevitys mission. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize NetSuite solutions to enhance business operations, including financials, billing, procurement, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite configurations and custom scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0). Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or middleware platforms. Optimize NetSuite workflows, custom records, saved searches, and reports to improve efficiency and decision-making. Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and system administrators. Stay up-to-date with NetSuite best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Support compliance initiatives by ensuring data integrity, security, and adherence to internal controls.
