Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning. Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions. Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify and mitigate technical risks. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Analyze system performance and identify optimization opportunities. Innovation: Encourage innovation and explore new technologies to improve product offerings. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: 5-9 years of experience in .NET development. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and .NET Core. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Experience with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. In-depth knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies. Other requirements: Excellent communication.
